Livestock

We offer a full range of beef cuts from our beautifully finished, all natural Angus cross cattle. Our cattle are raised on island pastures until 30 months of age. We use the Islands Grown Farmers Cooperative (IGFC) USDA inspected mobile slaughter unit. Our focus is to producing excellent quality, well-marbled and flavorful beef.

We also offer goat, pork and other meats seasonally.

Operation-use integrated natural and organic rotational grazing methods are used to improve and maintain optimal field and livestock health.
